Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Placing an Order

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and chosen shipping method and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee resolution of carrier-related issues.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, taxes, and import charges that may be levied by their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is as follows:

  • Eligible returns: Unused, unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Non-returnable items: Opened collectibles, figures, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

9. Intellectual Property

Shonen Smash sells officially licensed merchandise where applicable. All anime, manga, and related character names, images, and trademarks are the property of their respective rights holders. We make no claim to ownership of any third-party intellectual property featured on licensed products.

10. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to our Site ("User Content"), you grant Shonen Smash a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our business (e.g., featuring reviews on the Site or in marketing).

You represent that:

  • You own or have the right to submit the User Content
  • The content does not infringe any third party's rights
  • The content is truthful and not misleading

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate, offensive, false, or in violation of these Terms.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHONEN SMASH AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER IN QUESTION, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Shonen Smash is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
